HELP - SSL access on Stoli

I need SSL access to my website since I will be doing some updating from a public place. I followed the instructions in the free hosting FAQ, however, my browser returns that the connection was refused. Is there any help / hope for me on this issue? Thank you in advance.

My ssl url:

Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.

SSL is currently unavailable on Free Hosting and it seems unlikely that it will be enabled.

As such IS the case, is there any way that the SSL section of the free hosting FAQ can be updated to reflect the disabled access? Thank you very much.
