I am attempting to add a Let's Encrypt SSl certificate to my domain but I need some help.

From https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl
I assume that I select the "Create a certificate request" tab, then fill in the required fields then push the "Save" button.

When I do that a window pops up with:
------
Here is your SSL Certificate Request.
You will send this text to a Certificate Authority and they will give you a Signed Certificate.
To use it, paste the Signed Certificate on "Paste a pre-generated certificate and key" tab and click "Save".
------
the area below that is blank and if I click the "copy to clipboard" button undefined is what is copied.

Please let me know what I'm doing wrong and how to get a let's encrypt certificate set up.

it might help if you could provide a little more information.
such as your website url (for us who do not have access that info)
as this is a volunteer help forum.

if your server is on x11 then https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl
is the correct place to begin.

as for using the "lets encrypt" certificates or getting them to work,
maybe another member or support member could reply to this post.
but support replies may take a while.

i got mine to work but not really sure how i did it.

On user/ssl do you have any option referencing let's encrypt?
I only see "Paste a pre-generated certificate and key" "Create a certificate request" "Use the server's certificate" and "Create your own self signed certificate".
I tried the certificate request route to no avail as stated in my first post, and also had no luck with the other options.
