Hey, is the X10Hosting IRC Channel still in action?

Evening, all; I was checking through the X10Hosting main pages and wasn't able to find the link for the IRC channel that I can see about accessing when necessary regarding support for my site hosting account. I just need to know if you still have that said IRC channel in action so I can make sure to bookmark or write it down on my physical notepad the next time I need to see about contacting you folks via that method (along with creating that "support ticket" here on these forums when the need arises).

Let me know what's the case regarding this, and thanks in advance.

I don't believe if it's still running; last I was aware, it was effectively discontinued/shut down as no one was using it.

Ah, I see; not complaining on that front. I can see the reasoning why it would have to be discontinued. Thanks for the reply.
