How fast is your internet?

I find that my internet is a lot slower than it should be. I live in Rural Nova Scotia, Canada and about 45 minutes away from Halifax ( City ) Its High Speed Thats not High !

Verizon FiOS, the intermediate package, 15 down, 1.5 up, stays pretty consistant, can get the same results even when testing to a server cross country.

Unfortunately, at the moment I'm using Dial-up
Where I live we can't get Broadband, or even satellite Broadband; though they might be expanding the coverage in a few weeks, so fingers crossed.
