how to create multi thumblines from video stored in my php dir

i am new and started to learn about php

i am using x10hosting php account(free php host), i want to know that how can i create multi thumbnails or multi screenshots from online videos which are stored at my php dir

means

if a duration of a video is 40 minute i want random thumbnails of this video more than 4 screens

if it is possible, let me know

You don't, because you've been permanently suspended for file hosting, as I said in your other ticket.

To be honest, I'm not sure php would work effectively for this anyways, as php may want you to load the entire file into memory, which won't work here anyways, especially on a 40 minute video. There's third-party apps designed to do just that however.
