For some reason, my version or configuration of cPanel has no Settings, Account Settings, or "profile" button or access points so that I can change my password, for example. I suppose I was able to via this Forum and my account here (although I'd like to change my username for the forums, but maybe that's not possible?).
I'd like to ultimately add a custom domain which I purchased but see no interface through which to do that, so I figured I'd have to upgrade my account to a paid version.
I've seen a few posts where folks just reach out through here, but is there any other way to upgrade via a web portal or page? Is this even the right place to request upgrading? (I'm not ready to yet, but will be soon).
