wondering how do I edit the Rules Section for Community Forum Software by IP.Board
Are you talking about the Registration Agreement? There should be an option in the ACP to change it. I haven't seen IP.Board for a few years now, though it should be under a Registration category.
You can edit the Rules and Guidelines that show when a user registers by going to this section of the Admin CP:
Tools & Settings > System Settings > Forums > Board Guidelines
From there, scroll down to Registration Rules and Guidelines and you will find an editor you can use to edit it.
