having .htaccess problems, how do i view the .htaccess files.
I cannot view the hidden files as I do not get the prompt to view hidden files.
How do I overwrite it.
Someone explain .htaccess file to me plz.


I am getting 404 error pages, Plz tell me the changes I should do to view my pages???

Use a ftp client and download the .htaccess files.

you can download the .htaccess files with either a ftp client or through the file manager in cpanel, and then open them with notepad. that's how i do it.
