I can not to use FTP

Hi, I have a problem. I can't to use FTP, my FTP client can't to connect to server.
I have a message "connection reset by peer", Can you help me.....Please :ermm:

Yea im having ftp trouble too, it says connection timed out, ive used ftp before with the EXACT same settings and it worked, it just stopped working...

username: oab
