@spacresx is correct. Right now there is one active staff member tending to all of free hosting and she has had some work commitments. There are only a few posts right now that I have her flagged for, so I'm sure she'll get to it in the next few days.

I see nothing in the logs or with the account itself at this point that would explain the problem. In fact there's currently nothing in the log regarding your account or IP.

Are you able to join in on discord so we can troubleshoot together? I'm located in Europe however, running on Central European Time, during weekends I am mostly available at this time and throughout the day (it is currently a little past 11 am in my end). Weekdays I am likely to be around at 5pm (CET) and an hour or two going forward.
