i cant found .htaccess

You have your .htaccess as IndexDirectory as vb/index.php

Make sure it's /vb/index.php or just index.php

You can't see it since it's hidden. On unix based systems, a . before a file means it's hidden. Just enable hidden files on your FTP and the problem should be fixed

The .htaccess file is to control access to server. Just you have to know about it.

The .htaccess can be put under any folder which you wanted to control access permissions.

There should be a .htaccess file in public_html. Even though you delete it, an empty file will be created. Don't bother about it. If it is empty it won't control any access.

in the past it worked but a few days ago it not work
it give error 404

I think you are referring to URL rewrite

Can you give me example which url has to forwarded to which url

example:

http://domain.com/ has to transfer to http://domain.com/vb/

like give me one.
