I'm trying to make a homepage for my forums.

now I want to have a sperate homepage for my site

for dfoleague.com

I want it to look something like this

But instead of flash it will have just a custom banner I will make and link to the forums and our youtube channel facebook and twitter page and link to our chat with xat.com chat group

Does anyone know how I can do this?

I want to have a black/red theme.
