Image cant be displayed

I have images uploaded, they were accessible before, but now when I go directly to the image url, it says

http://sharequiz.elementfx.com/site/slide/images/menu/men.png

cant be displayed because it contains errors.

anyone else have this issue?

For what it's worth, I'm able to see that image just fine. It could be that there was a problem with the Varnish cache fetching the file, returning a 503, or there might have been a (short-lived) glitch on the server. It may also be the case that your browser (or worse, your ISP) has decided to cache the error; if you're still seeing the same thing, that's probably the reason. Try clearing your browser's cache and re-trying. If that doesn't work, you may just have to wait a bit for it to age out of the ISP cache (usually 6-24 hours for static assets - it makes it look like the service is faster than it actually is when they cache things at their end).
