Yes, I think I'm on the freeserver considering I have freehosting. It was working until a couple of days ago.

Huh??? Why would my account be terminated??? I was still here barely a week ago talking about cpanel access. My account was once suspended for not logging into the forum, but I since unsuspended myself. What would be the reason for the (unwarned) termination???

I believe your account was terminated for having sexually explicit materials on it, which is against the hosting terms of service.

'sexually explicit materials'??? Naaaaaaaaw, I ABSOLUTELY disagree. What kind of 'sexually explicit materials' in a forum??? Unless of course someone has a problem with it being a forum dedicated to talking about the issues of bisexual and homosexual men? Nudity is NOT allowed on the forum and this is explicitly-stated in the 'mission statement', so where exactly are these 'sexually explicit materials'???

The sexually explicit graphic stories that were on your site. It has nothing to do with bi-sexual or homosexual material.

Huh? Those were mere stories... a means of getting people to express themselves, share their experiences in prose. I can't even actually recollect exactly how 'graphic' one may term them, but regardless, had I been notified that was a problem, I'd have had the section taken off. I'm never one to dauntingly flaunt rules. There was no warning, nothing.. just an outright termination.

If you read the TOS it states:
»Adult Material : Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of x10Hosting.

x10Hosting reserves the right to terminate any account not in acceptance of the TOS at any given time without contacting the user.

This is a free hosting service, things like that are not allowed. Period. You would need to buy real hosting to host that type of stuff.

Also, as a side note, next time, read the TOS.
