Resolved ISP Blocked for Abuse?

Hi guys!

I am encountering an issue logging in. The error message states: "Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or current connection has been blocked due to frequent abuse. If you are connecting via a network proxy, VPN, or Tor, please disable the service, sign-out, and then sign-in again."

I am not using a VPN to log in. I've previously gotten flagged by cloudflare on SpigotMC forums and other places for having a suspicious from computers on my ISP but unfortunately, we only have one ISP where I live so there's nothing I can do about it. What are my next steps?

Your IP address is owned by NordVPN; I'm not sure how it would be the case unless there's some error in the registry.

I see the IP address you signed up with is a valid residential IP, so I don't think you're trying to bypass x10's security, but I have to refer this to an admin to have them weigh in.

Thanks - To clarify on this point, when I posted on the forums I was signed into NordVPN however for this post I am not so you can get my actual IP for staff.

I checked your login to the account panel, not to the forum. The IP is the same, though.

I might be wrong but Nordvpn may have only shielded your IP.
(like masked the original information)

i dont think they actually changed your IP address.
and somehow you got caught up in the crossfire of issues over it.

The IP you posted from does not appear to be a VPN, however what @garrettroyce checked is not the IP you use with the forum, but the IP you used with the SSO page to login to your account. You would need to login there without having the VPN active.

Since admitting the use of said VPN I can not modify your account to bypass that check, you'll have to make sure you are not connected to the VPN when using our service.
