Issue change DNS

I know I should first go to my registar to change my DNS to point to
ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com however my registar won't allow me to do it before I setup my domain at my server (x10). And when I try to register my addon domain in the cPanel I get this message: "Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver."

Now I don't know wat to do

These two are the addon domains I need jmmoveisedesign.com.br and pousadasaguias.com.br
My main domain(my account) is davidisurf.x10host.com

Who is the domain's registrar?

You should be able to change the DNS (Nameservers) to x10hosting's nameservers, I can't see why your registrar is blocking any changes to nameservers.
