Jpeg images not uploading

Hi again , i have asked this question on another thread but with no answers,
Every thing was working fine, then about a week ago jpeg images stopped uploading, and when thumbnails were clicked, no bigger image would appear. Is this to do with GDlibary not activated on the server?

I don't think this is the correct place for your post you could try posting it in the free hosting support forum if you were still having issues with the site

And the menu images were opening fine from here
