We ordered two hosting accounts 1week back on x10premium. Now suddenly all sites (4 of them) are showing databases missing. PHPMyAdmins are not working. Support tickets are not being answered. I have lost clients due to the problem.

I am looking forward to know the procedure to close the services and process a refund. Please let us know the procedure. Any help is welcomed.

Also worth noting that very few of the staff here on the forums can actually access Premium; due to the server troubles over the weekend tickets were unfortunately slow to be resolved as the staff that have access to Premium were actively attempting to fix the problem. We would recommend contacting them via the ticket system however since tickets are mostly back-to-normal to see what options are available.
