Log-in from an other country

I have a free account. Currently I'm traveling and have to work from France. Unfortunately, the sever doesn't let me to sign in from here. Also, I have received an e-mail to log in to keep account active. And now I can't use it, because I'm not in UK (and don't know when I will be there).
I have 2 websites hosted, and need keep on working on them.
Can you please advise how can I log in to my account and keep it active.

If I will upgrade free plan to one of the premiums lans, will I be able to access it for France?

I think you should be able to access it if it is on x10premium.

I can't find info on the description of premium plan if it will be possible use it from abroad.
If somebody can confirm that?

if you can buy a x10hosting's premium hosting plan with your current IP address - then you can use that account with the same IP address

you do not need a (current) account to buy a x10hosting's premium hosting plan
