Microsoft Front Page upload errors

When i try to upload my site igames.org.uk i am consitently faced with this:
Unable to open http://www.igames.org.uk.
along with several possible causes for this. Please help because it is stopping my site from being updated.

Instead of using Microsoft FrontPage Extensions, try using FTP to directly upload your website.
