I really don't know why, but I have a few suggestions.

Try putting only one ad. For example, you have the ad in the top of the main page and in the top in the IFrame. Try putting it only in one spot.

Also check the code and make sure it is exactly like it is on the ad page.

That's really all I can think of...

Is that ok? Not placing the ad on every single page?
It looks messy putting them also on the IFrame but the rules says *ALL*
I've copied and pasted again the code(advanced), and the same happens. Try reloading the page - it'll slowly kill my bw but you'll see the ads sometimes don't appear...

Well, it means the ad must be visible on a certain page, whether it be a page and a frame, etc... you obviously don't have to have it in the frame and the normal page. Now, if you have the frame as a normal page, then yes, you do..

It's kind of hard to describe, but do you get what I mean?

Yep I get it, the ad must be visible.
I'm going to put it on the page but not on every frame. The frames won't be used as single/normal pages so the ad is always going to be there.

If I switch pages or refresh fast, the ads won't appear some times.

My ads won't appear at all even though I put the code in it.
