Hello staff,
I'm having a serious issue at free hosting. My hostname nandi.tk does not resolve to my server Vox. I have checked that I have entered the nameservers properly. My site hasn't been loading for the last few months. I had posted about this issue long way back but got no reply. Please look into it.
Also, I want to say that x10's free service isn't the way it used to be. Now there is hardly anyone who looks into support requests of free users. I myself have bought a premium account, but looking at the plight of the free service, I realise its not the x10Hosting that I used and loved for a very long time. If you guys have to offer a support system, at least it has to work.
