[Mysql] Problems making an user database

I just received my account and I want to start to make my forum. The problem is I can't make any user for my database (I tried many times). Every user I make get lost.

My domain is lilian.project.exofire.net and I have an advanced plan. Tell me if you need more information.

Can you help me?

No, i don't receive any error, only good messages like "your user database has been created" or something like that, but nothing happen .

I can't create user database, but I have one by default. I don't know if this is normal but it's everything I need for set up my site.
