There is no need cpanel name to create a logo.
by the way, you need to give more information for creating a logo. You should atleast tell your website's name.(If you don't have a name for your website, first choose it : It might be like multimedias, mediaplanet, wondermedias...etc...etc...)
A logo may be contain,
1) website name ( what is yours?)
2) picture ( what you need to put as a picture/image)
3) your desired color (ok, this can be done by viewing your website)
