We already have staff members but we need a few more urgently, I can't pay anyone at the moment but I would really appreciate if you could help out.
All you need to do is to go through bugs in our tracker at http://forums.sohailtech.com/ (only staff can see it), these include CSS changes, graphics, PHP, HTML, almost anything.
So if you know anything at all to do with web design please post here or PM me as soon as you can as we really need a few bugs fixed before the start of January.
If you want, I can pay you with advertising spaces as we get a lot of visitors at the moment, and with the bugs fixed, we should get a lot more...
