No new emails

My email account had stopped working early in January due to the migration, after updating my email settings it was working fine again until the 23rd of January.

No new emails are coming through from the mail server despite it connecting fine. What is going on because there are so many important emails I need to get to and I seriously hope new ones aren’t being rejected or simply lost.

Web mail isn’t even accessible through DirectAdmin

There is no hosting account attched with the forum account you are posting from, in order to be able to check this for you I'd need to have at least the main domain of the account.

It is always best to make sure to use the correct forum account. If it is a fairly new hosting account there would likely be a forum account with the same name as the DA user as can be seen under "Quick FTP" on the main login.
