'Now my web site is switched back to basic PHP and my web does not work now

My web site was swiched to Intermediate PHP this morning, and my web worked.
Now it switched back to basic PHP and my web does not work now.
Got:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes)

The same thing happened yesterday, it worked in the morning and not working in the afternoon.

I requested twice. It still showed "upgrade pending" and "application pending"
for 2 days, while it worked every morning. I also got email stated that it was upgrade to v2 last night.
How many time do I need to request to get my web work?

There was an error on our end with the php system, it should be resolved now. I went to your site and it seems to be okay so I'm going to close this.
