The link [ Open Community Support Thread ] under [ Helpful Links ] at the top of the [ x10Hosting Community ] page [ http://community.x10hosting.com/ ]
users click on it - then start a NEW thread without seeing the current threads (issues) in the [ Free Hosting ] forum
IMO it should go to the [ Free Hosting ] forum --> [ http://community.x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting.9/ ] - where the user will see the current threads - and perhaps not start a duplicate of a duplicate thread...
