I'm trying to install OpenCart and it says PH7.3+ Required. I created a PHP file to give me the version installed and it returned version Current PHP version: 7.2.33. So I'm guessing I need a lower version of OpenCart, correct?

Im not sure, some servers i guess had php 7.3 i think.
mine only has 7.2.

you can check this by going to your directadmin, extra features,
select php version, where it says current version click the down arrow.
you will see the options there.

otherwise if your script says you need a new php version and its not there,
then yes, you need to get a script that needs the version you do have.

I'm seeing 7.2 is the default, with 7.3 is available via the process @spacresx says. If you do not see 7.3 available, please let us know.

Downgrading software is never a good idea unless they still support security updates. If you go that route, make sure that version has long term support or you risk having your website compromised.

There is a backlog on the admin tickets right now. I'll keep this issue on page 1 so it won't go away.
