PHP version

Hello, I tried changing my version of PHP on x10's account page, but it returned this error.

An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 3)

I previously had Intermediate PHP but when the server (Stoli) was moved, I apparently got downgraded to Basic PHP without notice/warning.
I tried to make a request to have it changed back, but got the error message instead.

Please wait until the server transfers are complete and everything has been re-setup. You PHP Version should then set itself back to Intermediate.
