phpbb v3 install prob #2

After my last problem was solved another one came up pretty much immediately. At the installation screen it asks me for this info:

What am I supposed to put in these boxes? I don't understand what to do. Sometimes when I fill it out there's an error message that says "too many connections". What does this mean? Should I just install phpbb v2, cuz that worked when I tried it. Thanks in advance!

Well if you want to create a forum or any other cms you at least should know before how to create a database in cpnanel and how to use a little mysql:

Enter in cpanel go to MySQL create the database and username with all privileges(It's self explanatory just enter and you'll see)

Then enter that info in the installation box you are talking about(leave the port blank and don't change the prefix unless you really want it to be different and you know what you are doing)
