phputf8 error

Hi all,
I tried to access my site and suddenly (I haven't made any changes from some time) it stopped working with the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare utf8_strlen() (previously declared in /home/user/public_html/libraries/phputf8/mbstring/strlen.php:26) in /home/user/public_html/libraries/phputf8/mbstring/core.php on line 28

It seems that there's a problem with phputf8 library. Has anyone faced this?
Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry! I've found the problem. Restored from backup the following files:

/public_html/libraries/phputf8/mbstring/core.php
/public_html/libraries/phputf8/mbstring/index.html
/public_html/libraries/phputf8/utf8.php​

Hope this helps anyone.
