Yes, I'm an Apple fanboy... Don't ask how many iPods I have.

I forgot, the two pictured are a G5 and a Core 2 Duo respectively. However, the MacBook Pro is a Revision B Core Duo. (I've been through three MacBook Pro's due to problems with warping and whining)

Re: Pictures of your computer.

Wow, this topic is just what I needed...I actually cleaned my desktop up a bit for these...well not the computer's desktop, thats just a huge mess. The background made by me with GMOD 9 and Photoshop CS2 (for my watermark).

Stats (taken from Xfire thinger):

Manufacturer: Alienware
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2048MB Kingstom H yperX RAM
Hard Drive: 160 GB Seagate: 135 gigs for Windows; 25 gigs for Linux
Video Card: NVIDIA XFX GeForce 7300 GS
Monitor: ViewSonic E55-3
Sound Card: Realtek HD Audio rear output (AC97 crap)
Speakers/Headphones: Logitech 70-watt 5.1 and Logitech Gaming Headset
Keyboard: Saitek Eclipse II USB Keyboard
Mouse: RAZER Copperhead Blue Tempest
Mouse Surface: Alienware Mouse Pad
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition and Linux Ubuntu Edgy Eft 6.10

My reason for having the light up keyboard and mouse is just for looks...the whole thing is pretty much a work in progress. Actually going to be building a new computer and getting a new case for this one and have two monitors, keyboard, and mouses all at one desk.

lol notice the Alienware sticker being sideways :p

Re: Pictures of your computer.

Yeah I wanted something similar to that mouse pad that lights up from newegg. I'll consider that one. Thanks for showing that to me lol. The one I originally was going to get is this one:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817114130

Besides that, yeah I'm a gamer with cheap stuff (like the 7300 GS and nasty CRT monitor), but soon that shall change.

Re: Pictures of your computer.

Personaly i rather CRT monitors ovfer LCD for gaming... refresh rate is un beatable... non of this 8ms crap :p
However if you use CRT for gaming these days you tend to have something like a 24" CRT with 120hz Refresh!

Re: Pictures of your computer.

Here's are photo of my main computer (attachment). The other one is an old one and is basically my mothers one. The other one, a fairly newish laptop, is my sisters.

Specifications:
Pentium 4 Processor 1.60Ghz
Intel Brookdale i845 Chipset
Windows XP Professional OEM (SP2)
20GB Hard Drive
768MB of RAM
DVD Writer Combo Drive
16MB nVIDA Vanta Video Card
Intel Pro/100 VM Network Card
Intel AC'97 Sound
2 Serial + 1 Parallel + 8 USB (4 USB2) ports
Integrated Stereo Speakers
Philips 17" LCD Screen
Floppy Disk Drive
Microsoft USB Optical Mouse
IBM Keyboard
Ozaki Headset...

^ theres my in-depth computer system specifications.

Oh yeah I must add this computer is quite crap - always runs out of HD space - and I do not use it for gaming, for gaming I use my sisters laptop.

Ill post the spec's for her laptop anyway and might add photo's later.

Specifcations:
Intel Pentium M 1.5Ghz
Intel 855PM Chipset
256MB RAM
14.1" Screen
ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 Video Card (32MB)
30GB Hard Drive
DVD-ROM Drive
SD Card Reader - doesn't work by the way!
USB, Display/Video, Modem, Network, Infrared, Docking/Port Replicator, Parallel, Serial, Headphone and Microphone ports/interfaces.
56k Fax/Modem
Integrated Microphone
Sound Blaster Pro Sound Card
Keyboard, Touchpad and Pointing Stick (all integrated)
Windows XP Professional OEM (SP2)
Lithium ion 4400mAh Battery
Stereo Speakers
Wireless LAN Antenna - Does not work either or else they forgot to add when manufacturing!
1MB L2 Cache
10/100 Network Card
DriveLock, Ownership Tag and Cable lock keyhole

For that I also have a dock/port replicator which also features

Floppy Drive - Doesnt fully get picked up by computer besides having the Plug'n'Play sound when its connected/disconnected

and

Basically all the other ports that are listed above, but for this 4 USB ports.

Oh and so you all know about my internet - lol

D-Link DSL-G604T ADSL Wireless Router (4 Ethernet Ports)
6.7mbps downstream (actually only 2.2mbps at the moment).
128kbps upstream
3GB data cap (always go over and have to pay more to keep speed)

Note: The attachment manager thingy doesn't seem to be working so I will upload my photo to one of my backup hosting accounts - hosted elsewhere at a place soon to close down (owner cant be bother paying for the truely crappy server its hosted on). I have chosen this host as since it is closing down it is not really much competition to x10hosting.

Computer Pictures

In response to that person saying that Corey should have been showing us pictures of the server, they would be hosted at a data center somewhere and he would really only be able to show you pictures of the type not the exact one we have our sites on - unless the dc was happy enough to take a pic of it for us ;D (Yeah Right!)
