please delete DNS entry

i want the dns entry for xaos.elementfx.com be deleted, i love this your hosting service, i am using your service for 1 year i think, thank you for your support, :drool: more power x10hosting.

My site ad-free account has been terminated. maybe i forgot to login to forum 2 weeks ago.

i signed up a new account, with the same account name "xaosxvii" and same sitename "xaos.elementfx.com".

i received the confirmation email and i verified it, but after 15 minutes i receive an email, saying

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for xaos.elementfx.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)​
