i have posted to this thread to get my website back up and running how ever i have no access to the support ticket as stated on the thread can someone help me please here is the url of that thread

this is the error message i receive everytime i try to access the support ticket

I'm sure I took care of your ticket, which you should be able to see, and reply from inside your account panel once logged in there.

Your site should be up and running, is there any other issues?
