I tried your "contact" form, but was greeted with the following:

Hello,

As stated in a previous reply we do no offer technical support to our free web hosting users. We do have a very large number of free and paid shared web hosting users that use WordPress and WooCommerce without any issues or errors but we do have certain services and settings blocked for both our free and paid premium users. You are encouraged to open a topic in our community forum ( https://x10hosting.com/community/ )where we have staff or other members of the community that are available to assist you.

Kind regards,
John Yancey

That response is unfortunate, because admission is made that something "may" be blocked and something "may not" be blocked. Sure - OK - not helpful, really!

I guess I'll try here and see if anything hits. I've had a few replies to other threads regarding same issues without response. Maybe a new thread will get more attention?

So, I have WordPress installed with WooCommerce.

There are a couple of issues:

  1. When I go to save a Variable Product (Variations) the saving just “hangs” and never updates.
    1. The problem is the same as here: https://x10hosting.com/community/th...variations-in-woocommerce.204953/#post-970509
    2. And also here: https://x10hosting.com/community/th...variations-in-woocommerce.200389/#post-970510
    3. In that last message, your Community Support user “Dead-I” was able to change some security settings that appears to have allowed the functionality to work.
  2. When I go to save an update on an existing order in WooCommerce, I get 404 error
    1. Some have suggested either Permalink or .htaccess issues?
    2. Others also a security (false-positive) issue.
    3. In the Console I see POST http://<domain>.x10host.com/wp-admin/post.php 404 (Not Found)
  3. Related to #2 above, there are a few functionality links when updating/saving, I am presented with errors such as
    1. “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”
    2. Looking at the Google Chrome Console I see POST http://<domain>.x10host.com/wp-admin/options.php 403 (Forbidden)
  4. There’s a lot of blocked content with regards to some pixel.wp.com and stats.wp.com I also see in the Console

Thanks!
