you have recently transfered my account on to a new server however this has created problems for me as i now cant access my mysql account.
i also can't access the applications provided in fantastico de luxe
i also cant access my presta shop on my site i get an error stating "Link to database cannot be established".
can you please help

The new server is still not fully up. MySQL is not setup correctly yet, and Fantastico needs to be configured. All these issues will be addressed when account restores are complete.

Go to cPanel and click on Remote MySQL.
Add these to the allowed list:
init.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94

Then try again.

The restores are complete but backend work is being done. (see http://status.x10hosting.com/ )
One of the things the admins are probably working on is fixing MySQL for everyone.

I had a typo on my original post. Add int.fris.x10hosting.com to the Remote MySQL list instead of init.fris.x10hosting.com
