"R1Soft Restore Backups" refuses to load

When I click on the "R1Soft Restore Backups" link in cPanel (found under the "Files" heading), the following URL is opened:



The text on this webpage says:

Redirecting to R1Soft CDP Server, please wait..​


And the webpage never finishes loading. The webpage will continue to load after 30 minutes. It won't ever get to the main backup webpage.

This is strange because I have used R1Soft Restore Backups in the past for this very website, with no issues.

I've already tried clearing my cache and using a different browser.



Can anyone help with this matter? TIA.

Worked for me on xo7 (I did not try restoring anything). May just be a xo4 thing. Note that "Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer."

Do you think that it has something to do with the fact that my website became "suspended" a couple days ago (for "inactivity"), even though I immediately clicked the button to "un-suspend" my website?

Do you mind posting the URL that you see after you've been redirected to the backups webpage?
