Remote MySQL Issues?

Hi,

I'm trying to use my MySQL Database from my home computer, and the computer's program says:

Failure: [2003] Cannot connect to MySQL server on '69.175.121.66' (10061)

Remote MySQL has my IP in it, Password & Username are correct, and it has access to my database.

Server: boru.x10hosting.com
User: alex4108 (0bv)

Access to x10hosting MySQL from outside of x10hosting is blocked and will not be enabled.
