"Resource Limit Hit" displayed on site for 2 weeks now with no responses

I have a site at

which has been showing a "Resource Limit Hit" for about 2 weeks now. I have opened support tickets and got no response for weeks now. I posted in this forum to see if I can get an answer. I have searched in this forum for answers and still nothing.

I found a thread stating that if I create another support ticket stating:

"Account stuck on "Resource Limit Hit!" page for longer than 4 hours"

I would get a timely response. I didn't. I understand that there are a bunch of tickets being submitted and it takes
time but this has been an issue for 2 weeks now and I haven't even gotten a "Hello" yet.

Below is my last ticket

#13175 - Account stuck on "Resource Limit Hit!" page for longer than 4 hoursThe ticket is not "...longer than 4 hours" but should be "...longer than 2 weeks".

I have checked my logs. No one can access the site, there are no errors in code, I deleted almost everything. This site never got a lot of visiters.

Is there an end in sight? I am trying to be patient but please help me.

Have same issue 2 tickets have been escalated to higher support but still unresolved
