I've made some major changes in layout since all browsers (except firefox) was having issues with it.

Now i made it checking both FFand IE6. Still have some minor issues with IE (transparent PNG's and else) but at least, i made a <!-- [if IE] so, where had to have semi transparent bg, in IE changed to solid color or, i used the pngbehaviorfix.htc

Well, that's it, please review it ^^
Sections are still unavaible but youcan check the Design> Avatar and Ragnarok >Loading Screens to see how the files will be placed (the images are off yet)

Not bad i like it see well layed out and the colors are not over powring. i think the bar on the right sideis abit long but besides that its nice.

Ps how did you do your menubar at the top i can never remmber how to do those.

Good design, I liked the menu and its glossy look, it will look fine one the contents are there
