See the access logs on free accounts

Hi, I am looking for the access logs in the free hosting.
I tried using ftp with the logs account but the files there are empty..

Is there a way to do that?

I checked my account and I have logs for domain.tld, www.domain.tld and user.x10host.com . My logs for user.x10host.com are empty because it redirects to www.domain.tld . I am on xo7.x10hosting.com . What sever are you on, what is your user.x10host.com and what is your domain?

I have a domain.com that redirects to sub.domain.com and accessing by ftp to my server I can see two files, each one named after each domain. But the two of them are empty.

The permissions on my domain.tld log are 666 and the others are 640. Are yours the same? What is the URL of your sub.domain.com ?
