Server xo2 - R1Soft Backups

At least through server xo2, I am unable to access R1Soft backups. It just times out and fails to connect.

have you tried making sure your cpanel theme is set to paper_lantern?
there was changes done a while ago that require that.
there has been random posts about cpanel apps failing like wordpress etc.
where changing the theme fixed them for some people.
just a thought.

Yeah. I’ve been running paper lantern since the day they pushed it out.

did you try to reset it as paper_lantern?
if you were using it when x10 made the upgrades, you still need to.
maybe try switching to basic then back to paper_lantern

Yes. Switched back to basic and then back to paper_lantern and same result.

There has been multiple issues reported in the forums with different things,
like wordpress not working, or not installing from softalicious as well.
so its not surprising if other services are failing to.
you could try e-mailing them, although there is no guarantee they will respond.
and no telling how long before staff will see it here or get things fixed.
