1- what cpanel theme are you set to use? have you switched to the default paper_lantern ? (it is the only theme left since updates) 2- if you right-click or mouse over the icon what does it say ?
I am using the paper_lantern theme. Mouse over the icon shows: Service Disabled This has only happened since the upgrades.
it took me a while to locate the area you are seeing that. but in the "user manager" everyone would see that disabled for the main user account. meaning you can not change web disk options for it. i dont think x10 will change that option anytime soon.
