Site on ciroc not working at all.

Hi there. On sunday,i registered with X10, and must say Im VERY pleased with the service. Anyway I uploaded my site and everything has been working until suddenly half an hour go I lost all connection. I cannot access the site, CPanel, POP isn't working everything is pretty much down.

According to my account page everything is online and Im unsuspened. Anybody hyave any idea what's going on?

I will have an admin look into it. I can't even get to your site. http for ciroc is down i have alerted the admin.

Also in my Account Managment Panel, my Disk Space Used is sitting at 0%.

Can't log into cpanel or FTP, everything seems down.

Calm down everyone, There is a problem that is being looked into and worked on. Things will be reported once the extent is known, and I am sure a time table on when the repair is to be completed will be posted for all to see.

Thank you for your understanding and please remember that posting and reposting on a known issue does nothing but slow down the repair process and gives overall bad vibes to the people here trying to help.

As of this moment, the service status according to my account profile says all should be ok on Ciroc. However, nothing seems to be working. No Cpanel access, no mail, and most importantly...no ftp or http access.

Again, the http is down, the server is not down. People are looking into getting it fixed. The server is not down, just a section is down. You status will read as it is ok, but until it is repaired, things are down on http access.

I have access to the actual server details. The ones you see have probably not been updated yet. The http for Ciroc is down. So please do not beat a dead horse over and over. We know we have an issue and we are working on it.

Usually, when the http is down, I'm still able to connect to my cPanel. However, both the cPanel and the acutal site are down.

You should be able to connect you are on the absolut server. I tested your page and it loaded up. I also tested your cpanel and can also connect there.

You are also on the Ciroc server. Please be patient as the Admins are currently on top of the issue.

My webpage is not loading too. Sometimes it gives me some "DNS Connection Error".
I've red all posts at this thread and seems that i'm not the only one... so i'm gonna wait like everyone else do.
Don't worry... take your time ... because it's imposible to keep server UP 100% forever ... with so many users.
I've checked Uptime and seems that in the last 3 months my website was 100% UP, no downtime at all.

Along with my site being down, glorious.elementfx.com, I'm also unable to access the main www.x10hosting.com website, don't know if it's related, haven't seen anything about it here yet... is the main website connected to the outage for Ciroc? Or is everyone just spamming the mainsite with request because they think their page is dead? :eek4:
