I was just hoping to have my account permissions updated so I can add a SSL/TLS certificate to my website. I currently get the error "Cannot Execute Your Request
You are not allowed to modify your ssl settings" and using the link https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl is not working for me.
