When I opened this account, it was assigned to the xo4 server, and I've been having some strange performance issues with it. I am using the account to host the LimeSurvey application (online questionnaires), and the first ten or so page loads on a given site visit are very, very slow, and then the response speeds up considerably. I had previously hosted the same platform on another account, which was running off xo3, and it was ALWAYS fast. Has anyone else had this problem with xo4? Any fixes? Or else, is there a way to request that this account be moved over to x03?
