For users who have been experiencing a stuck "Resource Limit Hit!" suspension and are on the boru server, I am pleased to announce that these issues have been resolved and your sites should now work again. Since these issues have been resolved, any Resource Limit Hit suspensions from this point onwards should automatically unsuspend themselves after 1 hour, or 24 hours if you repeatedly get suspended over the course of a day.

Sites are suspended for this based on using too many CPU resources, which you can check in the 1H Stats section in your cPanel. We limit Free Hosting accounts to 300 CPU seconds per hour, so if your graphs in cPanel are showing usages above 300, then you will be automatically suspended for Resource Limit Hit. Unlike normal suspensions, you can still access cPanel during this suspension, so if you find yourself suspended please log into cPanel and attempt to figure out what is causing the high CPU usage and disable it so that you do not get suspended again after your site comes back online. Please do not open a support ticket regarding Resource Limit Hit suspensions unless you have been suspended for longer than 24 hours or your 1H Stats graph does not show you using above 300 CPU seconds for a prolonged period of time.

The stuck Resource Limit Hit suspensions applied only to the boru server, all other Free Hosting servers properly removed these suspensions after they expired.
