Dear x10 team,
Have noticed that many been posting in the wrong section. Eg. There's many request for password and the request for help in the feedback section.
How about a title like "POST YOUR HOSTING PROBLEMS HERE"
So if a site goes down or a password is lost or a CPanel is not working then when one sees the word problem, they will automatically go there.
Yes Server Alerts are important notices that all must read but some may not even know what a server is. Is it an android that servers news? Yes the correct section is to post in Client Support. But some may think, "Oh ok, when I want to support x10hosting like giving a good testimony on their hosting then I go there?"
Just a thought for an already great host.
