I know that GoDaddy's site builder enables sub menus.
Can I create sub menus with x10Hosting site builder?

Yes, you can.
Click "edit the menu". Drag and drop pages up and down to place them in the order you want in the menu.
To create submenu, drag the submenu page and place it on the main menu page.
